FAQs
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are printed and shipped from Canada whenever possible.
What if my tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my order?
If tracking shows your order as delivered, check around your delivery location and with others in your household or building first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you look into it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because items are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or printed incorrectly?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. After that window, orders typically enter production and changes (including cancellations) may no longer be possible. If you spot an issue, reach out as soon as you can.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once it ships, the address usually can’t be changed. Please double-check your address at checkout and contact us right away if there’s an error.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.
What if my order is returned to sender?
Orders are commonly returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or delivery access issues. If your package is being returned, contact us and we’ll guide you on next steps once it’s received back.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, sizing up usually gives a more relaxed fit.
How do I wash it?
Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
